Hot Hot Heat//Oh Goddamnit

Well it's been over a week, so I guess I'd better update.

I've not been doing much, except christmas shopping, and shopping for myself of course

Look what I got through the post yesterday

It's my new bike. I can't build it yet, because I don't have the right parts soon, though.

I went into town on wednesday, and didn't make an ass of myself, for a change! Most other people did. I have good photos to blackmail them with Falling on your ass on the dancefloor while I've got my camera in my hand is not a good idea. The hangover the next day was no fun. I started work at 8am. Throughout the day I managed to stab my finger with a security tag pin thingy, which ended up with blood all over the counter top. Then I managed to cut my head open while I was under the stairs. Why do I always injure myself?

Someone was arrested in our shop last week For shoplifting. She was only 16, too. Stupidly she tried to take a hoodie, which was double security tagged. She ripped one of the tags off, and put it in her pocket ( ) and walked out of the shop. The alarms went off, and we got her back in. Gareth took her to the changing rooms to ask her to show him what was in the bag, and she just went crazy and tried to run off, but she couldn't get out. In the end, the police came in and took her away. Well, it broke up the boredom anyway.

So, it looks like I'll be moving in with a friend if everything all goes to plan. He needs a housemate, because he can't afford his ridiculously high mortgage on his own. It seems like a pretty nice house too, from what I've seen of it, I'm going up later today to have a proper look.



It's our staff chiristmas party on wednesday! All 29 stores are congregating in one night club in Manchester. Free bar! Free bus too It's at a place called Brassingamens, which is supposed to be pretty nice.

So, not really much else to say. It's been a boring week.
