It's a Celebration, Bitches!
Why? Because this post is being typed with two hands!
Went to the orthopedist today. Good news: the cast is now off. The fracture wasn't nearly as bad as the ER doc thought, so I get to keep my hand free. I still have limited range of motion, and will be healing for 6-8 weeks, but at least I don't have to do the cast any more.
Bad news: I'm going to have to do physical therapy to regain range of motion in my arm. And there's a chance that I'll have problems with arthritis in my elbow, and might not be able to fully straighten my arm like I could before.
Got some more meds from the doc today, but nothing fun - Celebrex. I have to take it for the next 30 days in order to reduce inflammation, and increase my chances of dying of heart disease.
I took my first dose today, and felt miserable and groggy for most of the rest of the day. Probably just my heart valves turning into mush. 
Oh, and I have to return to work Monday.

Not a problem at all. Its always fun and I love the people who go. At around 8:30 we meet up and bowl at 9.
