Well, after being out of the loop for a few days I'm feeling a lot better. I'm through with the steroids, no dry socket, and no more dizzy spells. Still no love at work, but that's nothing new... The food has improved as well. I'm hoping to be back to my normal, toxic diet by this weekend. smile Actually, I think I'm going to start eating healthier and taking better care of myself. I feel pretty good for the first time in months, and I want it to last a while. Hell, I might even get some...EXERCISE!!! eeek

Oh, and here's a little more proof, as if I needed it, that I live in a state full of uneducated jackasses. mad

"It is our responsibility to make sure that we protect our most vulnerable children and I don't think we are doing that if we allow a foster parent that is homosexual or bisexual," said Rep. Robert Talton, a Republican, who introduced the amendment.

Fucking idiots. mad mad mad mad

Edited to add: Did any of you catch that show on Animal Planet a few nights back, The Future is Wild? Cool, weird, amazing ideas. They asked a group of scientists to speculate how evolution would unfold in the future, and what they came up with was 8-ton land squids, smaller semi-intelligent land squids that swing from trees, flying fish, and spiders that weave 15-mile-long webs over cliffs and shit. surreal Here's a related article...

No problem. Stereogum is a great place to pick up random mp3s.
