sigh. truck repairs 
my check engine light keeps coming on. it was nuts during the drive back from montreal on sunday. i'm assuming the o2 sensor is dead/dying based on the fuel economy going to shit quickly (5.7L). i gotta go get a code reader after work and see what it is. i tried finding the sensor at lunch, but uh .. well honestly it kinda sucks looking when it's parked and not on blocks or a lift.
anyways, this weekend i'm supposed to go to blue and ride with my buddy chris. he's been my best friend for years, so i'm gonna see if he's gotten super fat since i moved away and no longer force him to go riding or visit the gym. dude's a programmer that sits too much.
speaking of gym, my left shoulder has equal range of motion compared to my right one now! fucking awesome. i just gotta get back into a routine.
