i smoked myself silly sunday. it was a nice way to counter the hangover from friday night.
i also ate an apple today! 'big deal' you think.. and to most peeps it wouldn't be; but i broke/shattered my front teeth back in '03 and my dentist warned me to never bite dense things like an apple or i'd be without teeth. it really sucks changing your eating habits based around a physical limitation like that. i could've gotten falses, but i figured it was worth the effort to keep my naturals as long as possible.
so, over the years i've pushed the limits of what i could bite. an apple isn't that dense compared to a lot of things i like to eat. bread? pfft. steak? even when it's super tender it's still kinda dense. visiting that panini shop last week led me to that delicious fruit at lunch time.
