Yeah I feel fucking good, sore and a bit my age today but really fucking good none the less. I have jumped back on the regimin, stretching and working out again to get back to shape. Went to the gym and just improved in an empty studio for a bit and I haven't lost too much so that was good; very good. Dancing, like sex is great exercise and since I can't have one for whatever reason, I might as well enjoy the other. (the one I don't have right now is sex, just in case we weren't on the same page.)
