The specialist didn't give it a name. He just said "sometimes people's muscles get inflamed and just stay that way." Really reassuring whatever

What the hell? That's just bullshit. Something MUST have caused it. Unless you have a condition or a disease, I don't see why you'd randomly be in pain.
