So I have been taking Jacked3d since about May. When I first started I had a friend tell me I was going to be itchy and wired . . . but I never was until yesterday! Is it me or is that really weird? I was soooooo itchy and got a nose bleed at the gym, and I'm STILL a little itchy today. This is not fun. At least I got a great workout in!

Alsooooo, I got the best news today! My little sister has made some final plans on her move to Colorado and she just told me! I have been so lonely out here, and I am thrilled that this might really happen! Made me all kinds of homesick though. I haven't been home since my grandfather died on Thanksgiving last year. Man, I miss Ohio!
