ugh....im so depressed. With my birdthday just around the coroner, I feel like I have nothing but problems and no solutions in the forseeable future. I need to get a new job, i need to laid, i need to go out and have some fun, i need to be a better friend (here and in real life), I need to learn french, and most of all, I need to stop feeling so fucking shitty all the time and lighten up.

Yup, Im officially depressed. Worst thing is, I know that things, all in all, are pretty good for me. Ive been taking really good care of myself. I work out almost everyday (I swim at least a kilometer in the pool), Ive been eating well, Ive got money, a nice apartment, enough free time to keep me satisfied, and Ive been out doing stuff. Last weekend, I went snow tubing in quebec city. It was a good time, got a little high, got a little drunk, went down some steep hills in a rubber tube, drove go-karts over ice, drank beer in a hot tub.

I should be fairly happy, cause I know things are going allright for me. So why the fuck do I feel so damn miserable?

Question: I was talking to a friend of mine, and he says he joined lavalife and it was the best thing he's done all year, so it perked my curiosity enough to ask: Has anyone who read this done an on-line dating thing. I've always thought it seems kinda like a bad idea, but his positive review has intrigued me enough to do some follow up research?
