a movie with a similar concept that i adored was 'adaptation'. that was a movie about itself. it's wild.
i remember in royal tenenbaums (which i'm going to watch again so taht i can pinpoint precisely what i don't like about it...) that this was all a play written by the girl, so i'm assuming it's all supposed to be from her perspective..however, there's a narrator, right? and it's not her? that's weird. so she's speaking through an uninvolved spectative narrator (i think!) correct me if i'm wrong. i'll prolly watch it again tonight after a bit of studying.

I can only be so apathetic, when 9/11 hit people where calling my house like cazy, and I wouldn't get out of bed (none of this surprised me in anyway, in fact I was wonder why it didn't happen sooner), it wasn't till my mom called and told me there where people doing head gainers from the top floors that I said, "Alright I have to get up and see this." by then both towers where burning and the Pentagon hit and a forth plane still in the air, I was hoping the last plane could do something good. I was hopping up and down on the couch yelling "Get the house, kill cogress, anialate the senate." It may not be that we don't care, it maybe that we know to much to feel the compation, I know it sucks for people who knew people working in the twin towers (my work at the time had offices there) But if the the terroist had only got the politcians that got us into that perdicament how much would we have cared then. My point being it is not that easy to care about people and things we don't conect with directly, some people can project themselves in situations, and some can only view from their perspective. I'm not sure where I am and I'm not to sure I care. The only life you control is your own, what your life affects is up to you. So fuck it I'm rambling now and I need another drink

hhh are amazing and put on a damn fine live show as well. that sucks about your id experience. i just took the oregon liquor control commission servers test so i can serve alcohol and so im all checking people's ids really well cuz there's a big fine if their under 21, so i can see the other side of it too. but that girl sounded dumb. about your ugly/beautiful world question, i guess both. but i am a very manic/moody person, so i change constantly- like the color of my eyes.

That is not as bad as when I was at as when I was at a friends wedding reception at the St. Paul Radison and the bartender refused to serve me because he thought my ID was a fake. I'll be the first to admit I have a baby face, christ I didn't start shaving till I was 20. Lucky for me the police station was across the street. The groom and I where biching at him and the banquet manager, and the hotel manager. A cop came over takes my ID calls it in and says "Yep, Its valid he is 23." Ooh did we dig into them after that. But one good thing came out of it, free drinks because they felt like dumbasses. So I got loaded and that bartender made like 5 bucks in tips that night. If you ugly and you know it clap your hands *CLAP*CLAP*
