So my brother just called my about 3 minutes ago.
" Hi, I got hit by a car and I just got out of the hospital. Can you call up mom and dad and ask them about a personal injury lawyer? "
He's all right which is good. Poor kid; he's been having bad luck the past couple of days.
He was at wrk ( In & out ) standing out taking orders in the drive through to speed up the line. Some girl was going like thirty mph ( WTF; to a drive thru ) she lost control, hit a curb popped up then hit a tree. I brother got caught up in their some where. Scary shit!
I'm assuming she was intoxicated at In & Out on a saturday night. I don't know the damage she did to herself but she had to go to the hospital also.
Drive thrus are not meant to be hit at 30mph!
I'm just glad he didn't get seriously injured.

corrections: It was an older lady driving a Beamer with her little doggie by her side. She was arguing with the car behind her. So what she probably did, was try to make a scene by stomping down on the accelerator and speed away becuz of her anger. Like, oohh; I 'll show you!!
She said nothing to my brother at any time and they rode in an ambulance together. My brother said she was only worried about her dog.
