So I feel like I've been beat up today.

Everything is sore and somewhat bruised. My lungs even took a beating because they're feeling a little ruff today also. And I don't even smoke.
I was doing front rolls: standing, crouching; break falls: back and side; and back rolls. All for about 20 minutes in class last night and this is after the hectic work out.
All I gotta say is, man do I need to start going to class more often.
I'm not use to that type of activity.
