I'm hosting a beer and cheese shindig tonight - 5 distinct beers paired with 5 amazing cheeses. I'm pretty stoked and it shall be so damn tasty. As a wise man once said while expressing the beauty of beer and cheese together, "Cows don't eat grapes".
