I'm doubting the optimism message in my last blog.
So apparently, I didnt get the appartment. You know, the one I got? The one I met with the landlord and said I was good, The one we shook on, but happenned to have forgotten the lease? The one I was supposed to move into after I told MY landlord that I was leaving in February?
I have 2 cats. Apparently that's the reason. Nevermind that the people living there have a dog and 3 ferrets, and that only one person in the 5 appartment building doesn't have an animal. Or that he told me that he knows he could never get rid of his cats, but that he's in a house. And that I should give my cats away if I want the appartment that bad.
Hey, at least I'm not in the street, my landlord said I can stay till I find something new...
But I'm still angry. For the town I want to live in, there arent that many small appartments. And anything bigger is usually too expensive for me alone. So what. Now I need a roomate?
It's all very overwhelming and I'm upset. I was balling my eyes out before. I really wanted this place.
I had started packing. Yeah a little early, but just little things I dont use often. Plus I didn't want to be packing during the holidays, and my work and friend partys for xmas are, oddly enough, mostly in January.
Because I have cats. Ugh.
