So what else is new?
Oh, I'm checking out houses, I found a buisness partner to buy a house with! Our aim is to buy a house together, live in it fort a while, and she plans on moving out when she's ready to buy her own house with her family. Which she doesn't have yet. At which point I will be staying and buying off her half.
Or, we sell it and go our seperate ways. Good news is, everyone in both our families work in construction, plumbing, electricity... everything we need to know if the house is to be gainning value while we're in it. And this recession means it's time to buy buy buy!
Guys and gals, I really need to get out of my place. it was okay for a while, but I'm driving myself insane in there. Now winters coming and I feel like I'm gonna look like a fat lazy slob with nothing to show for by the time spring rolls around. I need space to create man!
Speaking of winter. I hope someone will shovel in front of my door. I used to do it in all my other places, it's just that this place has a 4 X 25 feet pation which is the only way to get to my door, and honestly... well... I'm just not in shape as I used to be. Heart attacks FTW!
