Well ... just sent an e-mail telling the "other woman" that I am now dating someone. I'm kinda curious to hear what her response is, though I imagine it won't be that bad. She can't really blame me for "moving on" after all. Quite a bold move on my part, though. But I don't play games and I don't mislead anyone. So it fits.

I lost my pen over the weekend!! Maybe at the tattoo studio, but I thought I left with it. I know this may not sound like much, but dammit it is MY pen!! A nice stainless steel Parker. So, I have to go out during lunch today and buy another one. Can't be without MY pen!! ;-)

Wow! Unexpected, yet pleasant, surprise this weekend. Met up with a party-hook-up friend, spent the evening together (baseball game, fireworks, live music, drinks). At her place, her dog and cats immediately took to me! Spent most of the next evening together then nearly all of today together. We've known each other for two days but it feels like years. Got shot last night! Don't worry -- just with a camera. It was the bodyscapes series of this particular photographer. I was told that the pictures turned out really well, though it may be a couple of weeks before I get to see them.
