Four miles. Somewhat fast. About 9 min/mi. It felt good. Five more weeks until the 10 Miler race. Much more training to do!!

Had a date with gf last night. Dinner out, movie (A-Team). It was our "2 Month Anniversary." Silly, perhaps, but true nonetheless.

I've got my boys overnight tonight. That should be nice. I should have them long enough in the morning to get some home-cooked breakfast into them!
