Dinner last night: blackened catfish, sauteed green beans with carrot spears, boiled new red potatoes, Snap Dragon California red wine. Very yummy. Then stove-popped popcorn for snack (because I still don't have a microwave ... and don't want one!).
Gf for home from work yesterday and had no power. Once she waited for the repair dude to come fix it, THEN get herself ready, she was toward the later side of showing up for dinner. Tonight, I hope to start earlier -- order a pizza and watch a movie while we eat. We have a full weekend planned for ourselves, but it is all fun stuff.
