Just "finished" a shooting assignment for class. Now editing previous assignment shots through Photoshop.

Tomorrow will be a morning of shooting "light." Then shooting (and otherwise enjoying) a grown-up birthday party! And ... my secret gf MAY join me there!! Woot!

I don't want to complain ... so I won't. But I am going to take the afternoon off from work. Maybe shoot some photos for class, maybe make some brownies, then help a friend start setting up for a birthday party bash tomorrow night.

Here's hoping that each of you finds something pleasant in your day today...

Actually, no! I am not a fan of alcohol in my sweets. I love both alcohol and sweets... but not-so-much in the same bite. I will confess, however, that your recipe intrigues me and were I near enough, I would certainly give it a try.

I read your blog about Christmas when I was racing off somewhere the other day, and I guess I never came back to comment. It is understandable that taking care of yourself is a learning curve right now. Just remember to be gentle with YOU!

Traveling for work today. Five plus hours down, an hour or two with a customer, then five plus hours back. A lot of "windshield time." But I'm not driving so I can get away with chatting through my phone!!

I see that my new scanner is out for delivery today! I am very excited. Now I will be able to convert all these negatives into digital prints. And it also means that I will need less chemicals/space to process film into negatives in the future. Bring on the photo ops!!

A little bummed -- my photo session for this evening got canceled. The photographer's assistant never showed, so reschedule. I wore that g-string for nothing!! lol

Yeah, I guess. Of course it was rather refreshing to pull that g-sting outta my crack and slip into some pj shorts the evening...

The last time I had done some nude modeling, it was with a photographer with whom I was sleeping, so ... it was full on nude. A little odd this time being so ... professional and all! lol

Busy day today ... at least after work! Of course I will be goofing off at work most of the day today. But afterward is photography class, then modeling for a "nude" photoshoot.

I am pleased to have ordered a scanner that handles film negatives. Now I can make "prints" of the things I shoot without having to spend a day in the darkroom.

Not getting paid. I photographer friend is branching out from mostly weddings and into pin-up and nudes. So I am basically just helping her get her new business line going ... while getting to be "nude" in front of a camera!


And, yes, goofing off IS what I call it these days! lol
