Woke up alone. Lonely that way...

Had a fun evening hanging out with friends last night watching silliness on TV. Gf slept in one of my shirts last night to have my scent close by (awww, how sweet). No run this morning, but I think we have 5 miles scheduled for tomorrow morning. And hopefully we will have time to properly "warm up" this time!!

i know how you feel...i miss my bubbas too. summer is difficult 'cause it's a week on/week off schedule, so on my non-weeks, i only get to see them for 4 hours out of 7 days...i'm actually leaving in a few to get them smile Clash of the Titans came out on dvd yesterday and they've been dying (actually bugging the shit out of me) to get it for them, so i'm just gonna bring them home and make cranberry and orange zest pancakes and let them watch it...not a whole lot you can do with 4 hours except demand a shitload of hugs smile have a good day babe!!!

We (somewhat) reluctantly got out of bed this morning and ran two miles. I felt fine during and immediately after. However, as I sit here at my desk, my back is screaming at me!!
