One of the things I have realized is that when I move somewhere I tend to get complacent about the coo shit that is in my neighborhood/city. So I came up with neighborhood safari. Take three things in your area that could be cool. Could be just about anything. IE touristy shit you normally avoid, some crazy crappy ghetto mart, unexplored greazy spoon, a lake you see every day but never stop at. This is how I found the few cool happy Athena type places in Cowlumbus, OhellnO. Not only that, but all the time I lived in Tacoma/Seattle I never swam in the Sound. I didn't hump the elevator to the Space Penis. I am up for suggestions my fellow safari kids as far as places to go. I guess I just fell into being a habituated monkey. Damn I need to rectalfy that.
