so last nite i went to the owner of a local bars after hours birthday party. free beer, a pool, and a fire. well within five minutes of me being by the fire a massive ash landed on my head and set my afro aflame. one of my friends was nice enough to point this out in a timely manner and i responded by stopping, dropping, and ...you guessed it...rolling. my hair absorbed the damage well tho and im happy to say that there was no real lasting effects except my wounded pride. it didnt help that my ex girlfriend was there with her new boyfriend. whos one of my closest friends. but, hey, with any luck they will both catch on fire in front of me next time. i think thats the way karma is supposed to work.
