So I am on my last call of the day it was suppose to be an easy no brianer call, when i open the copier to start taking out parts. I notice Toner all over the inside of the machine. I start vacuuming the machine out and I notice jammed in the back near the waste toner is a Letter opener. once I remove it more toner comes out and what was a 3 hour call became a 5 hour call, which means I will hit friday night traffic(BONUS)
