Christmas has passed. I got stuff. Now the end of the year is nigh. I worry, but not as much as I did this time last year. I had a pretty good year overall and I'm happy with that.

I lost some friends, and met some new ones. I traveled across america, once by car the next by plane. I even left the country for a little bit (a first). I'm gainfully employed and living of my own means. The living situation well that could be better, but atleast I'm living.

I think the only thing i'm really disappointed about right now, is the lack of close companionship. Someone to trust and tell everything too. Someone who'll be there when I there and think of me when I'm gone.

I love my independence, my alone time, but I'd give it up. I'm ready for more. I can't mature anymore on my own, with out getting older.

I'm going to start a fire, a tiny blaze and I hope it erupts into a destructive inferno that consumes all. When it's finished, arise the phoenix of my new life. One were I soar unfettered above the blanketed world of my yesterday.
