woohoo for tax returns!! i'm getting a nice one in the mail too, got to claim the last bit of tuition on that one (yes, in school 'till 28, i'm an addict), so i'm going to buy a sweet mountain bike. i figure it will be money well spent with all the trails up here.

an apt, nice! i'll likely be 50 before i can afford one back in toronto where i plan on returning (not soon enuf!). apparently as a single gal/guy you need to have a six figure income to buy something slightly larger than a walk-in closet. that's one of the reasons i'm up here... cheap living and decent income = saving for a down payment in a coupla years. we'll see if i can hack it! (do i complain enough?? sorry... )

and yeah, the drive home sucked hard... tho the french fries i bought at a truck stop on the way up did help to coat my stomach... that, chain smoking and a fistfull of advil made it possible!

oh yeah i had fun with the camera... but woke up on saturday morning and decided an emergency trip to the city was neccessary anyways. its a long weekend here in canada and i couldn't think of enough things do fill my time up north. luckily i have a couple of surrogate big sisters here who gave me an open invite to crash on their couch any time i wanted to come down... yay! you recovered yet? and what instruments do you play?
