We had some interesting weather last night, a huge thunderstorm came rolling in, with the trademark lightning sparkles and the following power blackout.
Unfortunately I had no battery power on my D70 or my D50 camera (I need to always have at least one of my Dslr's charged and ready lol! omg QQ!).
I'll have to settle for a grainy mobile camera photo from the incident. Still quite enjoyable, as I spent some time just looking to the sky, and the awesome display of natures power.

Indeed it was haha, think this is the only time I have seen forked lightning streak across the sky like this.
