Haven't been doing a whole lot lately. I'm still trying to sell this damn computer so I can buy, of all things, a slower one
but I'm not having much luck. Oh well, I'll eventually sell it. Might have to gut it and sell each part individually.
I took a couple midterms. Now I'm technically on spring break though it won't be much of a break for me - I'm working throughout. Still, at least I won't have to worry about doing homework. I even got a 94/100 on one of my midterns, and it was the one I was most nervous about. Go me!
I can't think of much else to say. Oh, I went to the U of M's China Center today and they basically told me I might be able to go next summer but not this summer. I just didn't start asking early enough. So that leaves two possibilities - working as a consultant under the acquaintance of mine, or looking for an internship somewhere locally. I'd kind of rather find one locally. It's not as intimidating as having to figure out all the crap associated with moving somewhere else. I'd have to find someone to lease out my portion of the rent because I sure as hell wouldn't be able to afford paying rent in two places at once. So maybe I'll just stick around here and get an internship. Something that pays better than what I currently have. That would rock.
When I think about it I don't think this Florida thing will work out. It's a pretty nice opportunity, but on the other hand it's a huge risk. I'd have to gamble that I'd make enough money to turn a good profit. Breaking even is not acceptable since I'd be missing out on the possibility of a summer class, an internship, and all that stuff. I guess what I'll do is just look around a bunch, and if I can't find anything then I'll rent out my portion of the apartment and travel down to Florida. But I think I'll find something.
Eh... that's about it. Nothing much has happened recently and I don't want to type anymore. So... bye.
