Ha! I finally got to do 90 minutes of excerise! smile Jeez, I've been trying to find time to do it in the first place, I'm glad I found it. After a nice "Designer Whey" protein drink, I'm all set. I'm hoping to bring my high triglyceride level down before my physical on October 6th.

So far, my LDL (bad) cholesterol is ow, which is great. All I have to do is be on a low-carb, low-fat lifestyle. Yikes, and I LOVE pasta! Gotta eat that only once a week. More lean protein for me in my eats for me though. wink Hello, grilled chicken!

Anyway, today, I bought this nice set of graphic novels called "Action Philosophers", since I enjoyed the creative team for "Comic Book Comics"...I thought it was funny while being informative.

For now, I just want to take a moment to wish BigPoppa99 best of luck in getting rid of his infection and fever, and Clementine for her not feeling well. I hope they both are okay.

liz is, to be completely dramatical, dead to me. i can't believe she is pulling this crap on me, and i completely encouraged my friend to go to her superier at the real estate company AND the landlord of the apartment about her. i love her to death, but it's seriously time for a dose of tough love.

and i really like this kid. i hope it works out considering the asshole parade i've dealt with with men.
