So today was interesting day.

I was running this meeting between managers and then...wheeeeeee, a glass pane fell down out the window at One Bryant Park (the Bank of America Tower).

I only saw the trailing pieces of glass after it, I had no idea what fell. Needless to say, people gathered at the window, spread rumors that a window washing platform fell off (wrong!!!!). Needless to say, we all had trouble getting out to lunch as we were re-routed.

I was worried for my friends and where they will meet. I told them to just wait at front of the restaurant (called Spanky's), and when the time came at 6:15 PM.....pouring rain fell! LOL.

I made it to Spanky's (which is a BBQ place not a S&M place) on 43rd and between 6th and Broadway in NYC. I had a nice dinner, very delicious.

I got home around half an hour ago, found loads of UPS and FedEx packages...i will be filling out forms for the rest of the night....I will setup my iRobot Dirt Dog sometime this week, and will open up the rest of the packages later on...

A nice, but weird day....

Tomorrow should be back to normal...
