I'm starting to get really fucking frustrated with my job. I'm only part time, which is fine. What is not fine is how bipolar my hours are. I have 25 this week. Next week I have 12. WTF?! So totally not cool. I'd rather work like 18-20 every week instead of this crazy bullshit. It's so frustrating! Especially since I'm in school. Like this week I'm going crazy trying to get my schoolwork done and next week I'll have a shit ton of time to spare. I don't like this. GRR!

Completely. Like I'm a super hard worker and way more productive than most but because I'm a relatively new hire I get fucked for hours. Fuck seniority.
