The past couple nights have been total movie nights for me and the ladyface. Tuesday night we got chinese food and watched the movie Clue from 1985. I must say it was pretty interesting, plus it actually held my attention the entire time which never ever happens...
Last night--- The Shining! I had been avoiding seeing this movie forever since I get scared wicked easily (after The Ring I couldn't be in the dark for a week and didn't sleep for days). It was pretty freaky, but not too bad. Psychological stuff doesn't really freak me out, hence why I'm going to be a therapist, it's the paranormal stuff that really gets me... After seeing it I feel like I need to read the book since apparently the book and movie differ greatly, but the idea of reading it freaks me out a bit since apparently it's got a whole lot more paranormal shit in it. Opinions?
