We got through to the next round!!! 
There was 8 bands are we went on last, about 11pm and rocked! So big smiles and hugs all round...
The next round is sometime in April, so plenty of time to polish the set. You only get 25 minutes max. and it's really hard to choose what to play because we have a good hours worth of material.
Feeling a bit run down today. No work today. Played on my flying V guitar for a bit and played some techno on the decks. Paid off the credit card, ate a bacon roll and vaguely thought about tidying up. Listening to Soundgarden now and drinking a fruit smoothie in an attempt to feel a bit more powerful! I can't be arsed with feeling shit, it's shit! So hopefully it's a 24 hour day off, feeling fucked type thing... Going into work yesterday was a downer after being on such a high from Sunday night. The boss had plenty of work related issues to adorn me with, fucking comedown.
Anyway, I'm off next week so I can hold out 'til then.

That makeup bag is very cute. I did get my old makeup bag back, with all the makeup, it just took a week and the makeup surprisingly held up well both in the hot van it was locked in and in the rainy flower bed. It is black with pink lettering that says S Is For Sexy. The letters look more faded now, but other than that ... all's well that ends well.
