why did i buy these mork and mindy dvds?
why did i spend all this money on socks?
why do i have new leather gloves, a new handbag, new cute dishware, cds, and a serger?
oh yeah...i'm supposed to be christmas shopping for other people but all i find is stuff for me.
so, last week, on wednesday morning, i dreamt about an amazing, beautiful, luscious song. i tried hard to work it into my head so i could remember it when i woke up...but actually, my radio alarm was going off and it was just joanna newsom. JUST joanna newsom, i say, whom i thought only "interesting" before, but after the dream i bought this instantly:
