aspartame

well today is one of THOSE days...the kind where i would have been better off not getting out of bed...besides having next to NO sleep last nite...i had to get up early to attend a class that makes me feel a little less clever everytime i go...after calming down from that, i decided to get the blood pressure going again by having a needed but unhappy conversation with someone who had held me back for too long...so then in the height of my anger, sadness, emotional moment - my fish starts flipping around and dies!! right in front of me! now granted, i wouldn't usually be so upset, but ya that started a long breakdown of a day...the rest of the day has pretty much followed along the same path, but i decided just to numb it all out...
on a good note, a special person from my past made a welcome and well timed reappearance today...so i guess it does balance out in some ways!
