I was very nearly late into work this morning.
My crap radio-alarm has a dodgy volume control, if you knock it, it goes silent. So the alarm went off and I didn't hear it. eeek
Luckily that body-clock thing woke me up at exactly the time that I'm usualy leaving the house.
You know the body-clock thing. It's what wakes you up at 7.00 am on a Sunday morning, when youv'e got nothing to do and nowhere to go, and wont let you go back to sleep. mad
Any way, I pulled on some clothes (good idea) grabbed my electric razor, and jumped in the car and sped to work, shaving at trafic lights on the way.
Made it with less than 2 min to spare.
So anyway, on the way home I'm buying a new alarm, what are you buying?

I get around that problem by having a bloody huge alarm clock. It's so loud that when it goes off I leap out of bed in terror and shock and am already fully awake smile

I just bought a set of Return of the King Top Trump cards. I listen to my inner child too much.

my alarm clock lives on the other side of the room and is annoying as fuck. there is no way i can lie there and ignore it, so i have to get up to turn it off, which is the plan. the plan has a flaw though: sometimes i just get straight back into bed. doh!
