Few weeks ago I meet someone with a refurbished iPod. A second gen 10GB one. Only $170. Well shit, for that price it'd be a steal. Aparently he got the last batch though, as they're no longer available.
Normally it would end at that. Oh well, too bad. But then I started to think. Hey, my Rio 500 is on its last legs, I could use a new mp3 player. And hey! I could use it as an HD to transfer stuff between home and school! It's practically a school expense!
I managed to resist for a few weeks. But now I found out I can get a 10% student discount on top of $25 off of a $250 order. Well, then I'm practically obligated to buy it then, right?
I'll have it tuesday.
