I'm really crap at writing music reviews. The trouble is, i've really fallen out of love with the Indie band toilet circuit and when I tried to review a gig last week at I simply lacked any interest in writing it. It's film I love so I'm definitely specialising in that - with far eastern cinema of course being particularly interesting to me. Next week I'm interviewing this guy who's going to be training with Wesley Snipes for a movie in LA.. that'll be interesting. This is all just in my spare time, and i'm enjoying myself, so i guess having a career doing it would be excellent. I'm old enough to make decisions now and i'm gonna stick by it. Funnily enough, my sister told me she wants to be a lawyer now - i have a feeling she may have remembered ally mcbeal a bit too fondly but it's cool... it'll pay extremely well and if i ever get in trouble with libel i'll know who to turn to... back to the journalism side... i know there are a few bands on this site and i'll be happy to do interviews and stuff in order for them to get some press.. i also gotta find a site who will let me write for them in so i can write a positive article about the Suicidegirl site... as i said i'm writing anything, the more the better.
