I'm tired and my brain is a bit frazzled. Do you know the scene in 'Freddy's Dead, A Final Nightmare' where Johnny Depp takes an egg in his hand and says 'this is your brain' and then cracks in it in a frying pan and says 'this is your brain on drugs?' That's exactly it though I've missed out Freddy smacking Johnny in the head. Stayed out late on Thursday going to one of those old London rock nights that I've been to before which was cool. Then on Friday I went to this Trance Night at SE one which is under the arches at London Bridge called 'The Synergy Project'. I was invited by this guy called Gian who was a flatmate of one of my workmates where I worked who I'm pretty close to. He was cool and we had a long chat about psychology where he was planning to write a dissertation on the effects of MDMA on the brain by surveying a cross-section of clubbers to find out if it really did have a long term effect. Anyway,,. he invited me to this night he was DJ'ing for which is a kind of charity dance thing similar to the green fields at Glastonbury. He was nice enough to give me a free ticket and it was really really cool. It wasn't commercial in any way with loads of lights, projectors, plant-life and whole market stalls. Loads of fairy wings as well... you could have said it was hippyish but I thought it was nice. Well, don't really need to go too much further but I 'indulged' and woke up 4pm the next day in time for the England Argentina match which was pretty cool and the big SGUK meet for all the November birthday people. By that time I was in a bit of a state and in my 'bubble' but after a few pints managed to feel normal again. I recognised loads of people but didn't feel too comfortable talking as my brain wasn't working properly. It was that odd mix that the suicidegirls website brings as usual, but it was cool. if i looked like a bitch to anyone it was just nervousness. I'm going to IM anyone that I recognised from the site even if i didn't talk to them because you all seemed really nice but it was way too cocktail partily if you know what i mean.
