It's been a long year, one filled with many ups and downs for me. One thing I can say I am very proud of is the progress I have made fitness-wise this year. After many many years of not being happy with the way I looked, I decided to adopt a vegan diet and actually get serious about fitness and exercise. 11 months later I am down 45 lbs and I feel the best I have ever felt in my life. More progress pictures to come! I've been working a lot in lieu of Christmas but I have a newly fired up motivation to pursue my SG dreams, stay tuned :)
