Heyyy!!!!
I haven't been on for a while because I've been working and all that good shit. =) I'm a lot happier now that I'm working again. I felt like such a bum. I am registered for class!!!! I sttart August 24th!!!! I'm taking intro to humanities, college algebra, microbiology and human anatomy and physiology I.
I filled out a form to base my financial aid on my current income instead of last year's so I made bank in grants. Last year I made $50,000 so I wouldn't have qualified for any grants but I was unemployed for 2 months and now I don't make shit so I get mo money. AND I got my eligibility letter from the VA Education center for my GI Bill.
They pay up to $560 per credit hour (my school is only $175 per credit hour.) They pay up to $14,000 in fees, up to $1000 for books per semester and I get E-5 BAH while I'm full time which is $980 a month in Illinois!!!!! Needless to say, I can't wait for school to start.
I also found out it's a damn good thing I went to school Spring semester because my grades my first year of college were not so great and I didn't have a high enough GPA to get financial aid!!!! but last semester I got a 3.4 so I'm good to go again.
ummmm William's on his way to get the kids right now and then we're taking them school shopping. Woo. I was going to just buy their back packs after work because I know what they want (Beth and Daniella want Hannah Montana, James wants Transformers and Jamie wants I <3 Troy) but they didn't have the one Jamie wanted so we're just going to take them to pick them out.
Oh and my cat killer. She decided that she is.... a boy. She got a little bigger and sprouted balls. Wow. When I got him they said it was a girl and you really could not tell. ...but he's 4 months old now and he's grown some baby kitty balls. haha
I got my lip pierced too. Pics soon. I'm going to get snake bites but I'm waiting to do the right side. I had snake bites when I first joined the army and the needle got stuck in the scar tissue last night and wouldn't go through. It hurt so bad. I have never screamed from getting pierced. I have had something like 20 holes in my body at the same time and not one has ever hurt as bad as it did getting my lip repierced last night.
hmmm one more thing I guess then I'll shut up. I went to see Slayer and Marilyn Manson last weekend at Mayhem Fest in Indiana which was pretty cool. People were throwing beer bottles all over the place and one went flying through the air and poured all over my head. Good times. I didn't drink at all. Too expensive. $10 a bottle!!!!!! ...but loads of drunk girls slurring their words kept coming and talking to me and my bf. I don't know why. They kept finding us. and I mean wierd, drunk girls. One girls tried to stand up and fell on her ass and I had to pick her up and sit her down because she was too drunk to stand. and then she randomly screamed, "my helmet makes me look pretty!!!" and started laughing. Wiiiieeeerd.
