I finally got my desk organized at work!! That's right folks, this boy here went out to STAPLES and bought all the fixins....file folders, thumb-tacks, post-its, tape, and inboxes galore. I keep pysching myself out when it comes to getting organized but once I do I go all out and usually it makes me feel TONS better. It's like an all or nothing thing for me seriously....I'm either the biggest slob in the universe or I'm so anal that I freak MYSELF out!!
oiy. In other news, writing new songs out on the piano which always puts me in a good mood and also ressurecting some old poetry due to an invite out to the local slam scene here. I'm not really sure if I want to get back into SLAM with it's rigid rules and super competitiveness....but it's a way to make some friends and hopefully win some cash.
Need to go out and pick up some honey ginger tea to kick Nicole's sickness in tha boootay. Maybe some cleaning supplies too since we'll be moving shortly.
