So after months and months of working comicons, I've got my first appearance at a bookstore tonight. It's strangely intimidating. Probably because it's so much more intimate. With cons you hang back and chat with folks who walk up to you, but at a store, you're either alone or in this case one of two authors... I hate to admit it but I actually prefer the ebb and flow of conventions. More people, more point of contact. Also I doubt anyone's showing up cosplaying an Indestructibles character tonight.
