Okay, so how do you tell someone that your friends with that they live in filth and they have too many animals. To the point where any where else would have already had them written up on hoarding.
I have four dogs and two cats. BUT I do not let them piss and shit where ever may be. They have not taken over my home so that only one room in the entire house is fit for actual people to live in. She and her mom have five dogs, five to six or so cats (can't keep up) and two rabbits. All who never go outside.
It smells like fucking amonia so bad one can hardly breathe. Imagine shoving your face inside a littler box that hasn't been cleaned in two weeks and just living in that for always. There's a nice sorta sludge on most of the surfaces in the house. Its just disgusting.
I've tried to be nice about it. Tried to hint at it. Its not healty. They're over their heads. And its just about to get a fucking lot worse. Because of the five dogs, three are girls. They only got the males fixed, which is retarded as fuck. So guess what? Now one of them is going to have puppies (guess she snuck out some how) and I really doubt that they'll rehome them. I basically told her since its so early into the pregnacy to abort it.
I'm not one to recommend that. Hell, I didn't do it when one of my dogs go knocked up. But I found ever single stinking one that I couldn't keep a home. And now all my animals are fixed. AND I paid for all the puppies to have their first shot rounds and to be altered as well.
There aren't really any humane law enforced in this part of the state (sw arkansas, tell me if you know differntly), or else I seriously would report them. I actually tried to find an organization in the area to report it to, there isn't one from what I can tell.
Its rediculous, its unhealthy, and all and all a bad enviroment not just for my friend (which I'm sure she'll get all weepy and depressed because I told her that it was a bad idea and they were basically crazy to let the dog come to term) and her mother, but the pets they think they are "rescuing".
I feel like a bad friend, but I'm done. Its disgusting. To the point where I just simply do not want anything to do with her any more. Frankly, the only reason I've stayed her friend for so long is she's an extremely lonely person. I feel like a total bitch for saying it, but she's still a fucking child at 20. I mean, in a non-healthy kinda mental way.
I just....ugh.... I don't know what to do.

No matter what you tell her she will not listen, its weird when people get it in their head that they are doing so much good gelping animals that they end up doing damage instead. No idea what there is in arkansas, but surely there is something that would take care of it. Hope someone can point you to the right place.
