These fucking assholes at the fucking car parts shop wont give us our fucking money back for the stupid mother fucking ALTERNATOR we bought from those fucks a fucking month and a half ago, and the fucker NEVER WORKED, and all I want is my fucking money back because IT NEVER WORKED and it seems so silly to buy an expensive car part like that and have it not work, doesnt that seem silly? Yeah it does, doesnt it!!???
Now Im usually a pretty calm, ok so not calm, but RATIONAL human being for the most part. But what I dont get, is how you can sell someone a broken auto part in this city and when they try to return it, tell them "no ... we are legally allowed to sell you a fucking broken auto part and RIP YOU THE FUCK OFF when you REALLY FUCKING need the money BADLY and we dont give a shit if all u eat is ramen fucking noodles all the time or that your child needs clothes FOR THE SUMMER or WHATEVER!!"

If it's a national chain, you may have some chance to recoup your losses if you call higher ups and demand some explanations. It may result in nothing, but I had a friend who's family bought her an altenator, sent it across country, and turned out it didn't need it. The local store (it was purchased at a national chain) wouldn't accept it until she called the corporate office to raise hell.
Her mother got her money back and she got a $25 gift certificate.
