anarchick. I love her. She rocks my world.

Since my life has been lame lately, I have nothing to report. Yet I cant stand to leave these lame journal entries, so I must change them. Today I stole an idea from anarchick. She wrote a letter to herself from herself and sent it back in time. Im gonna try to do the same. You should too. Im interested in what you would or wouldnt change.

Dear 10 year old Ashlie,

This is 23 yr old Ashlie from the future, I know thats pretty far fetched and all but just hear me out, would ya? I got some important shit to tell you and u better listen up or else you will suffer the same fate as 23 yr old Ashlie.
You know that girl christina that picks on u in the lunch room? Sock it to her. She's a huge wuss.
Your mom will try to force her way back into your life, but dont let her. She's a bitch for leaving you and your sis, and bribing you with expensive gifts seems like a great idea now, but it will all end up in turmoil. Bad turmoil. Trust me on that.
That weed that the neighbor tries to smoke with you on the catwalk by scrader elementry is laced with coke. Dont smoke it!! You wont like that kind of buzz, it'll make u feel like crap!
I would tell you to stay away from bill gibson, but he gives u a great kid, so ... I guess dealing with him is inevitable. Leave him when u get knocked up and never go back, tho.
Nothing ever came of you and joe nucifora either. Dont bother.
When you save your money to buy a car, stay away from the fast ones. You will aquire a lead foot and want to speed, and speeding has done nothing but get me into sevral very serious car accidents. why not buy the toyota tercel instead?
You will probably go through a "goth" stage for a while, then learn later that it was never really a stage after all, even tho everyone told u it was.

Dont take acid.

You know, now that I think abt it ... you're way to stubborn already to listen to what I have to say. Maybe its better that u learn all this shit for yourself.
