I normally hate labels ... but you KNOW ppl are gonna label you no matter what. Its *what* they label you as ... that can be very disturbing. And I wanna set the record straight. I AM NOT GOTH!! OK?? LOL!! I know the blk hair throws ppl off, and the blk clothes, but lemme just explain, ok?
The musical selections I have chosen are NOT goth, either ... for those of you who claimed that you labeled me goth because of my musical selections. That type of music, for the record, is called "INDUSTRIAL".
If I were goth, Id dress like a vampire from the 16th century, worship the goddess of air, slit my wrists (because Im so gothic Im dead), and cry all the time. For those of you who know me, this is NOT ME. By a LOOOONG shot!

goth - Derived from Gothic. Refers to an object that has a psycho, scary appearance. If in referance to a person, the person will be dressed in black, and listen to grunge music--and may worship Satan.s.
e.g., Ralph is out walking his pet alfafa bean. He sees a guy walking around wearing black robes, with long black hair. Ralph: What a goth! Alfalfa bean: Yeah, I reckon.
****rivethead - Rivethead are people who listen to industrial music. In appearance, they can range from wearing simple and comfortable black clothing, to having the appearance of a highly millitant post-apocalyptic-nuclear-fighter, complete with goggles, a WW2 jacket, and jackboots. Often have shaved heads and sometimes get mistaken for Nazis or general White Power people. Rivetheads can often be seen with Goths. They are also often typecast as being angry. They also tend to have an affection for Germany, as most good industriy hails from Germany. However, they aren't Nazi-minded people.
e.g., Look at that rivethead crossing the street. His goggles are amazing
LOOK AT MY GOGGLES, ARENT THEY AMAZING?? AM I not MILLITANT-post-apocolyptic-nuclear-fighter enough for ya??? AM I NOT ANGRY ENOUGH? cmon, I love friggin germany!! ask anyone~!! HELL, my family comes from germany! LABEL MEEEEEEE!! I DONT WANNA BE GOTHIC ANYMORE, WAAAAAAAAH!!

yarnhead - Derogatory slang for the now relatively common tendency for goths (mostly female goths, but sometimes effeminate male goths) to wear brightly colored "falls" (fake hair) that looks like massive bundles of yarn. Combined with the overdone makeup and striped leggings or socks, this makes many of them look like clowns.
e.g., That has to be the ugliest, fattest yarnhead I've ever seen. Do you think she makes balloon animals?
