Skinny puppy ...
Skinny puppy is coming to Chicago in June.
How do you feel about that? Because I know how I feel about that. I feel very strongly about it, actually. If you dont like skinny puppy well then Im just not sure what I think of that. They are just brilliant. No other band in this universe can communicate an idea the way they can, and it just blows me away. Even if you dont particularly care for that type of music, you should still be able to see how powerful of a band they are. To me, theres nothing that can take me away like music, give meaning, initiate an emotion ... love hate fear excitement disgust depression ... music says everything Ive ever wanted to say but just coulndt put into words. Skinny puppy is the reason I am the way I am today! Ive never seen them live before, the last time they were around where I was living was when I was too young to go out that late, hahah! So Im not sure how Ill handle this ... I think I might just pass out as soon as they start playing, Id probably be that excited.
GAWD!! Theres so many songs I want them to play ... I know I'll be dissapointed at the end for not hearing *something*. Lustchance was never a popular song, but its one of my favorite instrumentals ... I know theyd never play *that* in a million years. Ahhh well. They gotta do spasmolytic or addiction ... no no no, tin omen. Thats pretty much a given.
I just hope I dont like turn into a skinny puppy stalker or something. I could see that. "weird girl stalks nivek ogre". Wait, Ilike the way that sounds!
In celebration of my all time favorite industrial band in the universe, lets do something fun. Every update, Im going to stick in a pretty common industrial sample ... and one of you has got to come up with the name of the band, song, and movie the sample came out of. Its not as hard as it seems! If you listen to this music, it wont be hard at all, I wont pick anything too obscure because I know that the majority of ppl in this world do not listen to this music ... BUT!! I *do* know that even if you DONT listen to this music that there ARE certain songs by certain bands that were made popular enough to where mainstreamers could guess this shit. Ok here we go on the first sample, a very easy one. Name the song, the band, and the movie AND YOU OWN ME!!!!

OK seriously ...you get this one, you really own me. MUAHAHAHAHAH!!! Actually this one really isnt fair at all, its damn near impossible to get. You'd seriously have to be as crazy as I am abt my music to get it ... so anyone wanna take a stab??? I mean, Id be so impressed! I doubt the song and band are as hard to guess as the movie will be.
