I have good news and bad news. The bad news is that morality is based completely within the mind of the individual and, therefore, complete consensus and absolution of any one decision is all but impossible. The good news, though, is that by asking this question, combined with the decision-making ability of all creatures of thought, you have presented a strong argument for the existence of morality itself. If you break down morality into its most basic elements, it becomes a simple form of decision-making. "Will this decision hurt another?'"Does this decision affirm my sense of truth?""Will I regret this decision?" These are all questions we have asked ourselves at some point in our lives. Even individuals who claim to cast out all sense of traditional morality will still make similar choices, if only for their own betterment. The best thing you can do is turn your morality into expectations for yourself, hold yourself accountable to those expectations, and hopefully, find people with similar expectations.
