I had forgotten how important to me ear rings were. It was a year ago that I had to take my 4g rings out for a job interview. Somewhere between the interview and home, I lost the damned things. It wasn't until this weekend that I go around to replacing them. Surprisingly, I was still able to squeeze a 6g in. There was an amazing sense of wholeness, and a reminder that I need more piercings and more tattoos. Sadly, such plans are contingent on my ability to budget for them.

I haven't much left to purchase for the holiday season, so I'm doing well in that regard, but I do need to save for college classes. I want to be able to have enough money available to make my registration so I can hopefully get out of this fairly dead-end position that I am currently holding. After that I need money for visiting friends in Louisiana, and finally, I need money to properly equip myself for hiking and camping season. I am keenly interested in the camping portion of that this year. There is nothing more exciting to me at this point than a little back country camping. Alone and with friends, sometimes it's just great for there to be nothing more than you and the woods.

After all of that, I would like to get a tattoo. I think I'll have to stick with a piercing here and there when a little money makes itself available. Growing up and being responsible isn't all that I was told it was going to be.
