Brett Hull retired ... this makes me feel old. I hate it when players that I grew up watching, players that I associate with a sport retire, especially in hockey. So, I am saddened by this.
On a positive note though, my Senators are 5-0! They had better keep it up too. I'm tired of crying myself to sleep after losing to the fucking Maple Leafs. Yes, I devote a lot of emotion to hockey ...
Amanda hated that her weekends during the fall/winter/early spring spent with me were always dictated somewhat by how well LSU and Ottawa performed. If they were winners, it was a great weekend, if they lost, it was mediocre at best, and at times she thought I was intolerable.
I think that was only true of Championship/Bowl games and playoffs. Anyhow ... gonna see what's on TV tonight. Not much planned for tomorrow, probably some reading and I should try drawing. I'm going to draw a logo for this funny idea that my friend Hugh came up with some years ago.
